Project Overview

WeB-Nimbus is an EU-funded project that aims to strengthen advanced digital skills in cloud and edge computing by addressing skills mismatches between higher education and labor market needs in Albania and Kosovo.
The project develops and implements a joint Master of Science (EQF Level 7 / 60 ECTS) in Cloud and Edge Computing, alongside an online learning management system (LMS) hosting specialized stand-alone courses. Through close collaboration with industry partners, EU higher education institutions, and policy stakeholders, WeB-Nimbus supports curriculum modernization, work-based learning, GDPR-oriented policy advocacy, and academic staff capacity building.
During the pilot phase, the programme will reach 120 MSc students and 300 online learners. The MSc will be nationally accredited and jointly delivered by partner institutions, contributing to the digital transformation of higher education and serving as a model for future regional cooperation in the Western Balkans.
